Beginner Workshops
Unite Movement’s beginner workshops are ideal if you are new to Reformer Pilates or you are wanting a Reformer refresher.
Our beginner classes involve an introduction to the Reformer, and learning the fundamental Pilates exercises. These classes are run at a slower pace, with a high level of focus on posture and alignment. They will help you build confidence with movement patterns, whilst becoming familiar with the Reformer equipment.
Classes for Teams or Clubs
Unite Movement offers one-off custom classes for your work team or sporting club. Our experienced instructors are able to customise a 55 minute class to all levels, including beginners.
These classes are great for team-building, fun and/or adding in an extra training session! Contact us for more information.
Can’t see a beginner course listed?
Take a minute to fill out our Expression of Interest form where you can select suitable days/times and even suggest a different time.
Private beginner tutorials 1:1 or 1:2
If you can’t wait for our beginner workshop, consider booking in a 1:1 express tutorial (approx. 60min) covering the basics of Reformer Pilates to get you ready for class.
