Anna Gee
PILATES INSTRUCTOR, MYOTHERAPIST
Adv. Dip Myotherapy
Anna is a Myotherapist, mother of two boys and a keen runner. She grew up in the Goulburn Valley and has lived and worked in the UK. Anna loves spending time with her family and heading to the snow each year!
Anna completed her Clinical Pilates training at DMA 13 years ago. She is passionate about helping people improve their movement and lifestyle.
Anna's favourite reformer exercise is any involving the feet in straps.

Alison Potter
PILATES INSTRUCTOR, MYOTHERAPIST
Adv. Dip Myotherapy, Cert III Fitness, BSc (Hons)/PhD (EarthSci)
Alison is a Myotherapist and mother of two girls. She grew up in Shepparton, moved to Melbourne to pursue work and study, and is now back in Shepparton with her family.
Alison has a special interest in women’s health and has achieved certifications in pre- and post-natal exercise and health. She is keen to support people through improving mobility and improving quality of life, through movement, particularly Reformer Pilates. A self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, Alison’s treatments and classes aim to be educational as well as leaving you feeling good.
Alison’s favourite reformer pilates exercise is the mermaid.
Alison is a member of and regional ambassador for Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Alexa Teague
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Alexa grew up in Shepparton, but moved to Bendigo and lives on campus at Latrobe University. She is currently studying Speech Pathology.
Alexa is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, and enjoys exercises where you can really feel a specific muscle working!
Alexa enjoys spontaneous adventures and new experiences.

Anna Kerambrun
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Anna Kerambrun is a well-respected and familiar face at Aquamoves Lakeside in Shepparton. Her dedication to health and wellness has seen her inspire and support countless individuals through group fitness, aqua classes, and personalized training programs.
Anna holds a Certificate Ill in Fitness and is a qualified instructor in a wide range of disciplines, including Les Mills BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyCombat, RPM, SPRINT, as well as Mat and Reformer Pilates. Her extensive knowledge and adaptable teaching style allow her to deliver classes that are both challenging and accessible for all fitness levels.
While Anna's passion lies in helping women take control of their health and fitness journeys, she is equally committed to supporting male participants in achieving their personal health goals. She believes in creating inclusive, encouraging environments where everyone feels empowered to thrive.
Outside the studio, Anna enjoys the outdoors, gardening, home decorating, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her holistic approach to health reflects a belief that wellness is about more than just movement-it's about balance, connection, and living well.

Evan Cooknell
PILATES INSTRUCTOR, MYOTHERAPIST
Evan is a Myotherapist and father of one. He grew up in the Goulburn Valley and is well established in the community.
Evan loves using reformer pilates to challenge people in their bodies, and is known for his higher intensity classes, although he is able to modify his classes to suit all participants needs.
Evan doesn’t really have a favourite reformer pilates exercise, but he enjoys using all the props to keep things fresh. Just don’t expect him to count down quickly!

Lambert Cheung
MYOTHERAPIST
Lambert is a Myotherapist, having completed an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in Melbourne. He grew up in Melbourne, and still lives there, coming up to Shepparton three days per week.
Lambert enjoys bouldering and has recently discovered a new fun hobby - snorkelling!
Lambert’s favourite area to treat is the neck and shoulders. He also performs manual lymphatic drainage treatments.

Steph Gorrie
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Steph grew up in Echuca and completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Victoria University in 2016.
Steph loves playing netball for Tatura with her friends and walking her 15 year old Jack Russell, Turbo.
Steph’s favourite area to treat is the upper body and neck.
Steph is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Tom Avram
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Tom Avram is a Shepparton local and is well known for his remedial massage skills and athletic abilities! He doesn’t have a favourite technique or area or condition to treat - he loves to treat anything and anyone!
Tommy is a avid triathlete, competing locally and around the world. He even competed in the desert heat of Las Vegas!
Tom is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists.
