Myotherapy

Holistic care for musculoskeletal pain and discomfort

Myotherapy is a trusted healthcare profession that takes a whole-of-care approach to effectively assess, treat and manage injuries, pain and dysfunction.

In short: myotherapy helps people in pain to move better, feel better and live their best life.

Myotherapy treatment applies a range of techniques (modalities) and takes an evidence-informed approach to support client outcomes, with a focus on supporting self-management. Qualified practitioners use clinical reasoning, manual hands-on therapy, problem solving and planning skills to design and implement treatment and management programs specific to client needs and health outcomes.
